LYF ‘Magic Realism’

Magic, dream, reality, timelessness.
I was looking for a mixture of these elements for this issue of LYF that has Magic Realism as its main fil-rouge, an artistic current that combines in itself magical subjects, surreal elements and a precise realistic representation of the world around us.

In this meticulously narrated reality, disturbing elements are therefore reported, not expected, which emerge unsuspected in the folds of everyday life.
The stories have spiritual connotations, the dream world and the real one mix.
Time is distorted, reversed, cancelled in an absence of temporality that envelops events and suspends them in a sort of chronological uncertainty.
